OK I KNOW THAT THIS IS MENS HEALTH BUT NONE OF THE A$$HOLES IN POLES AND SURVEYS WANT TO ANSWER THIS AND I NEED AN ANSWER NOW!!! So here it is

Ok here is the problem. My brother leaves for collage tomorrow and wants me to help him move in. Now i just started my 2nd year of High school on tuesday. Now i want to join the Marines would this affect me joining i don't think so but hey.Now this is big because my brother almost never asks me for anything. And never talks to me. Now LAST YEAR i missed a good amount of days due to a few broken toes that with a ton doc check ups on it i missed a total of 9 days for the toes. And i got the flu and was out for 5 or 6 day because of that. I want this year to be different but i also want to help him because i don't know how often i will see him after he leaves.

1. What do i do?

2. What would you do?

3. Would this(missing tomorrow) affect me joining the Marines

Thanks

AND AGAIN SORRY FOR POSTING THIS IN THE WRONG SECTION!

  1. If you are making passing grades I don't see how it could.

The only thing the marines care about is if you pass or not.

The higher your grade average you could come out of basic training with a higher rank.

    That's more money Future Marine.

    Good luck to you.

  2. missing one day of high school will not matter... missing 10 days of high school wont matter... just graduate and then if you still want to join then join... as long as you graduated they dont care if you took of the day to help your brother move!

  3. i dont think it would, but just do what you feel like doing.
