What to do to become a make up artist?

is there any special classes or is there a degree in that (LOL). what are we supposed to do if we wanna become a makeup artist, say, in MAC or Bobby Brown or something.

To start off you need to enrol into a makeup school because to get a job as a makeup artist you need a certificate to say you've completed a makeup course
