What to do to my 03 sunfire first?

ok i have a 03 sunfire that is silver... i want to paint it black, get a spoiler, put some 18's on it, and a body kit.... not to mention my inside stuff and my head and tailights.... which ones should i do first to be the biggest upgrade as money is tight so i wont be able to do it all at once so i will have to do it piece by piece

What you should really do first is trade it in for a real car the last thing everybody needs is another rice rocket on the road
