  1. Take it to the vet ASAP!!

It's always important to look for changes in pets, small changes such as simply not eating as much, and large changes like this.  Bleeding is obviously never a good sign, and from this area points to an internal problem.  It needs to be seen straight away before A) the problem gets worse and B) it loses too much blood.

With reference to the answer above.  Any good vet should agree to see it.  It is up to owner's how much they wish to spend on their animals, and I don't believe it's a vet's place to try to put you off (unless it's for the good of the animal itself) even if it is cheaper to "replace" them.  This is a life we're talking about, not a disposable item.

Good luck to you.. and especially your guinea pig :)

  2. go to the vet. ( he is probally sick. The same thing happened to my dog.)

  3. Find  a vet asap http://www.guinealynx.info/vet.html

  4. I would take it to a vet that agrees to see the Guinea Pig.

Some vets won't see them because the vet bills are oftentimes more expensive than just buying a new Guinea Pig, so owners try to stiff them on the bill.

    He very well may die.

In response to the below answer. Some vets will not see the Guinea Pigs because the owners have an extremely high % of not paying their bills. Its a sad situation, but a vet practice is a business, and they can't just keep throwing away money for non-established clients.
