It's summer. Go swimming. Got friends? Hang out with them. Go see a movie. I hear the Dark Knight is practically the second coming. What do you like to do? Read books? Go to concerts? See what events are coming to your town. Also, you're 21 ... road trip!!! If you or one of your friends has a car, go do some exploring on the open road. It's one of the most fun things you'll ever do, and it will create great memories.
