Are you trying to ask what to do while your at work? You questions makes no sense but I am guessing if your at work get your butt going and do some work! Thats what they pay you for.

What you were hired to do!

if you are not doing that then Why are you there?

Now if you have some down time on the job then read a book or do something that's going to make you a better employee.
