My step-niece claims her step uncle molested her one day 2 yrs ago. Her mom found this out when she caught her in a lie. Her daughter was supposed to be at a friend's house sleeping over, but was really at her bf's house. Then, her mom searched her room and found condoms. So she asked the daughter, how long has this been going on? The daughter said she lost her virginity to her step-uncle who raped her one day 2 yrs ago.

So her stepdad and the mom came up w/idea. If she could describe his genitals to the mom, but she said she can't remember. The mom said she needs to testify and the daughter said she doesn't want to.

The mom still wants to press charges, but is unsure. If her daughter is lying, the daughter could face charges for false accusations. Also, the step-uncle has a wife and kids and will be separated from them. The mom is unsure of the daughter b/c she lies a lot. She ditches school, sneaks boys in the house, has stolen $200 from a family member's wallet...

  1. Ok-how can he prove his innocence? If it's his word against hers, how do you prove that? Please specify...

BTW-I'm not saying I disbelieve the story, but you mentioned proof...
