  1. A simple "Thank you" is all that's required.

    You can expand on it if you like, adding something about being grateful to hear from them or see them, or saying you appreciate their prayers, good thoughts, etc., but that's all optional.

  4. just smile and say thank you most ppl really don't know what to say but care enuff to try to say something sometimes they make you hurt more but their heart is in the right place usually.
