What to do when.....?

food become your only friend. The one thing in life that makes you feel oaky. When you have no friends and forget how to make some. What do you do when your life is so sad. I can't stop the eating. How do I? I don't wanna get any fatter than i have already. i just dont know what to do. food seems like my life and i hate/love it......

  1. That is so sad.  I do eat when I am stressed, even indulge myself in my favorite "uppers" (cakes, chocolates, ice cream, and other sweets) to cheer me up but I do not let the eating overcome me.

    Learn to control yourself.    Eat when you want to but do not overeat.  Indulge in other activities like getting an exercise or keep yourself occupied with a new hobby.

    Also, make friends.

    Life may not be fair always but it is just a matter of choice.  Choose to be happy.  Have a more positive outlook in and an optimistic approach to life.
