  1. Probate court will make the determination on the benificiary. Typically next of kin becomes benificiary unless otherwise stipulated


  2. Goes to the estate and/or next of kin.

  3. maybe government should take care of it. and if there are people want to claim it, let them do the DNA test with the deceased person.

  4. It will depend on the provisions of the pension fund and state probate law.  It will probably become part of the person's estate.

  6. The closest living relative gets it.  If there is no closest living relative then it goes to probate court.
