What to do when travelling through Great Britain?

Any specific advise you can give me on what will be worth seeing? doing? any suggestions at all?

Take the hop on hop off bus in London and you'll see the tourist attractions at a very reasonable cost. It also gives you the liberty to choose the places you would like to stay longer at no additional expense and skip the places you are not at all interested.
