The best thing you can probably try to do is just move on.  It'll probably pass in time if you just tell yourself you can't be involved like this. . . not now, if ever.  Don't think about it, because the odds are it'll just end up in trouble for at least your professor if you actually act on how you're feeling.  Universities don't tend to tolerate faculty-student relationships very well.

Is there anyone else in your classes you think you might like if you talked to them?  It's easy to think you might like an instructor, because they're always talking to you a few hours a week and standing right in front of you -- but don't ignore those actually in your own peer group that are all around you.

Absolutely nothing! Fraternizing with students, even if you're over 18, is strictly forbidden at every college/university I've ever known. If you must, wait until you are no longer a student.
