  1. Tell The Truth,

Dont be 5 about it. LOL.

Its Perfectly Human to get things rong.

  2. the old saying is true you noose you lose.. late or missing same as not caring about their company so really not much of a chance for you there try again.. be early and wait is smart shows desire to work

  3. It may be a done deal.  Once I got a flat tire and they hired someone else scheduled right after me - on the spot.  They couldn't do a thing about it.  Neither could I.  You could try and hope they call back.  Make sure they know you're still interested, then leave the ball in their court.  Good Luck

  4. Don't bother about it.  It's a lost opportunity.  Your prospective employer will see you as unreliable.  I know this can happen to anyone but there is no way out of it. Look somewhere else and make sure you get date/times right this time.  I'm sure you will find something else and good luck to you.

  5. Call and explain. Don't lie.

  6. What type of job are you interviewing for?

Is this a first interview? If it is a first interview, move on.

If you are looking at a service position like a McDonald's or Wal-Mart  minimum wage job, you may have an opportunity to revive your opportunity. These positions are often difficult to fill as they are lower paying and higher turnover.

If you are interviewing for a career position and you missed the interview you are probably out of luck. There of course are exceptions to every rule, but you would probably need to be someone exceptionally talented and in high demand to be able to overcome a missed appointment.

What the potential employer sees from your missed appointment would likely indicate to them that you are unreliable.

For many folks, being late or being absent to appointments implies that you consider yourself more important than any one else in the meeting -- not a good place to start a working relationship.

  7. Time to move on in your job search. You don't get second chances in interview situations. All you have accomplished is proving your lack of  organizational skills. Just be better prepared in the future. And good luck in your job search!

  8. If I were you, I 'd look for a job at another company -because I think the manager didn't get a particularly good first impression after your mistake.
