What to do with a 10 year old boy over summer that doesn't listen?

I have to watch my 10 year old brother (i'm 15) monday, tuesday, thursday and friday the entire summer (unless he spends the night at a friends house or goes to my grandma's and grandpa's or something) my parents leave before we wake up and my mom gets home at around 3pm

He can be a really bad kid and he's not stupid he knows our parents let him get away with anything. He swears at them and hits them all the time and they yell stop to him that's it no grounded no anything. So when I watch him he takes advantage of me. He will take out knifes and run around the house he swears and yells at me. I try to disipline him but he tells me I'm not the boss of him. My parents don't force any kind of discipline on him. If I were to do half the things he does I would be grounded for months. What can I do to make sure he will be good. I was thinking of creating a schedule for him for a filled day so there will be no time to be bad. What do you think I should do. (he's not like that all the time

tell him if he pulls that sh*t with you that he does your parents you'll be sorry hit him back harder.

Do not hit him. 2 wrongs does not make a right. just ask him wat his favorite thing to do is, and tell him that if hes good u'll play with him.
