What to do with a person who nags all the time.?

One of the team leads that I have to always cooperate with as I am a projects coordinator is killing me... she things nagging gets her what she wants... I think she values herself much much more that what she is in reality... I sometimes find myself rude with her. what shall I do... do you face such situations at work?

That is a tough one.  I have found it is best to be straight with people, but in a professional manner.  Let her know that her nagging makes it difficult to work with her and actually makes you less likely to coordinate with her.  Suggest better ways she can communicate/ follow up with you and then "reward" her by responding quickly to her requests if she listens to you.  Good luck!
