  1. Oh what a lovely problem to have!

I would cut them in half and then grill them.  When they are softish, sprinkle them with a little brown sugar.  Continue heating until the sugar mostly melts.  Then top them with  sour cream that has a little honey mixed in to make it just a little sweet!

You can do the same with peaches or nectarines if you are lucky enough to have too many of them too!

  2. I have a perfect website for you. Its called RecipeMatcher, and the website is www.recipematcher.com All you have to do is type in the ingredients you already have and it gives you a list of recipes that would be the easiest to make with the ingredients you have entered.

It has a myspace if you want to be a friend:

    It also has a facebook:

  3. Jam, or plum tarts.  Or make a topping for ice cream or angelfood cake by taking a lot of plums, quartering them and removing the pit, and tossing with a tablespoon full of vegetable oil and maybe 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sugar (depending on how sweet they are) and baking them in a 9 x 13 glass pan for an hour at 400.  You could grill these as well, but only cut them in half if you do.
