What to do with all these stuffed animals?

My 4yr old daughter has been recieving stuffed animals since before she was born. Now she has an over abundance of them. Some are from my childhood. She has some from BAB workshop, and others are gifts from family. Some of them are the ones you get at xmas time all dressed up. I originally started hanging them on the wall, but because of how this house was built they are just too heavy. Her room is only 8x8 and between the window door and closet she only has one wall available. All she has in her room is a bed and dresser. All her toys that she plays with are in the den down stairs. And those pet nets don't work with her walls. I had at one time those stuffed animal chains you hang from the ceiling but it broke and can't find them anymore. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you for any help.

It is 10 years later in my life and all those stuffed animals make me the most popular person on the block.  The kids love them. They never go out of style.  Yesterday , neighbor Madison told me that it was her birthday.  I gave her an animal.  She loved it more than any brand new toy.

How much space do you have?   And what if the neighbor kids tell you every day that it is their birthday?

We had the same problem and it made me sad to see all those stuffed animals going unloved....I packaged them up (all but the most special ones) and gave them to Goodwill.  My kids haven't missed them (since they were all in another room anyway) and I feel good knowing that another child is loving them.

i know how that is i got a a lot of stuffed animals too.you can let her collect them or give some of them away or tell the people that shes got to many stuffed animals.

You should give away all the ones she doesn't like or care about.Havea yard sale with stuffed animals and other things you may not want so you could get money for them.When the Yard Sale is done,donate the toys that didn't sell the a charity or goodwill.Tell your daughter thatnow the animals are going to make other kids happy just like they once made her.

Give Them to good will there are many kids out there without any stuffed animals. Ask her if she would like to help kids who have nothing. Tell imagine if you had no would you like that? Then i think she would be glad to give some away for toys for tot or something.

sell some? you could get extra cash and extra space (although I know it sucks when your little and you have to say goodbye toy those adorable faces forever)

for decent loking, lighttt stuffed animals you can get nice picture frames and hang the doll in the middle. i saw that on a home makeover show and it actually looked pretty cute. xmas ones i would put away til xmas and as for the other ones, i would put on the besd when you make it. it makes the room look very friendly and lesss clutered. hope i helpedd =)
