What to do with an ingrown toenail?

i have an ingorwn toenail and i had the part of the nail taken out today, but i have a basketball game tomorrow, and it doesnt hurt too bad. do u think i can play, and if so what should i do with my toe?

Cleanse, disinfect, bandage and wear shoes that fit a bit larger, if you really must play.

I wouldn't but if you have to...

Then cleanse, disinfect and re-bandage when you get home.
