What to do with bad cream?

Cream that has become grainy like cottage cheese. Any recipes that I can use please?

You can make 'Desi Ghee' easily and use it.

You can throw it away or If its not too terrible use a small amount to make Cheese cake or A milkshake...Good Luck but I would most probably Throw it away...Better Safe than Sorry

If cream has gone bad, I would flush it down the toilet or through it out.  I don't think there are any recipes for bad cream.
