What to do with hair? (pic included)?

Ok i want to know if I'm ugly in this pic, and what i should do with my hair. my camera was on flash, so i look much paler than normal, and my hair looks 100 times frizzier. i also normally straiten my hair. i know its not the best picture, but it's all i had. i just want to know what to do with my hair, and if im pretty at all. please me honest. thanks!?
