What to do with lingering food taste

After a meal I don't like the taste of food ito linger in my mouth so I usually eat a cookie or such. What else can I that's that's not so caloric?

  1. fresh parsley cleans the palette and leaves the breath fresh.  No calories!


  2. chew a piece of sugar free gum, or eat some herbs, brush your teeth.

  3. Brush your teeth or use mouthwash. Very healthy in addition to low calories

  4. floss then brush your teeth and tongue
