What to do with people that dont leave?

if you have someone living in your property and they have not paid rent in two months and there lease was over a month go and they wont leave your house and you have gave them notice already and they wont answer there phone all they do is send you threating messeges what should you do and when they were paying rent the never paid on time and never sent all the amount sometimes only 100 dollars and they would say they go some new things for the house and just deducted it from the rent with out me knowing i dont know what to do

Have them evicted. You can contact your local police station or a lawyer to see what the laws regarding that are in your area.

First they have to have proof that they done some work not just there word not only that they can't just do work on you property without you permission if it's in the lease that they are responsible for repairs that different. Don't accept any money and go to the court and file a eviction. I would say start the process asap so they can get served and you'll have your court date because depending on the state your in 7-10 day after the court date they must be out because if not you can put everything out of the home so you can get everything cleaned up so you can move someone else in.
