What to do with sore legs, hips,and butt from field hockey pratice?????

I have field hockey practice all this week n this month n the next. what do i do about my veryyyyyyyyy veryyyyyyyy sore bodyy!!! I cant even walk!!! help!!

  1. try and stretch very well before and afterwords and drink lots of water to avoid build up of lactic acid in muscles that make the body sore after intense workouts


  2. soak in a hot tub

    stretch before you play too!

  3. Walk and hot soaks.Health store or Karate class and get some Tiger Balm.Eat some bannanas the potasium will help.Epson salt in your bath will help.

  4. Try taking a bath in epsons salt. Volleyball and trach players are encouraged to do that.. try that.. take it easy and STRETCH.. it really helps. Hope you fell better.

  5. rest as much as possible the more rem sleep you get the more time your body has to heal... go to bed a few hours early, and try to take in more protein the protien will help repair your muscles back to normal.
