What to do with such a problem?

hey guys i am really suffering from severe problem... 1 year ago i met a guy and he became my boyfriend... but things didnt worked out very well and i left him and i marry somone else.... but he given me $450 as a gift when i was away from his state through western union... now after one year he got my cell number from one of my friend and now he is calling me back and asking me to give me back the money ... otherwise he will take me to court ,... he calls me blackmail me and want the money becuse he is angry why i marry somone else.... tell me what to do ... I am extremly upset ....can he really suit me????he has no written proof that i promised to give him back the money?????? telll me what to do ..???

You might have to get a new cell phone number.

Ignore him, he has no case. morally you are wrong, but in the eyes of the law he has no case. If he keeps up the phone calls get a PPO.
