What to do with the s***w on my eyeglasses that *always* loosens?

The small s***w on the left side of my eyeglasses always slacken over time no matter how many times I tighten it. Because of this I almost lost the left lens on two occasions.

mine does that also,and when I took it to the optometrists to have it repaired,the girl in the lab simply put some clear nail polish on it then tightened it up,hasn't come loose since.

The port in which you  s***w in is probably expanded,allowing the s***w to wiggle back out.Get new frames or apply some locktite to the s***w next time

Tighten it up and use some clear nail polish to stick it.....
