I recently got my financial aid report back from my school for next fall and spring. The problem is that they gave me a scholarship and grant that require me to have a 3.0 GPA. I took very difficult classes this semester so my cumulative GPA will probably drop to slightly below 3.0. So what are my options, once I find out in fact that I am below 3.0 will the financial aid office offer me more federal unsubsidized and subsided loans? Or will they just tell me tough luck. I just wonder what the report would give for options if someone was in the same financial position as me and already had a gpa of less than 3.0 from past semesters.
