Question:

What to do with unused toiletries?

I try to keep it to a minimum, but I don't think I'm alone in being a sampler - I like to try new bath products. This results in bottles of stuff I will never use again sitting around in my bathroom, taking up space and serving no purpose. Anyone have any good ideas about getting this stuff out of my bathroom without wasting it?

  1. Give them away to someone less picky.  I like to consolidate all of my wife’s old shampoo into one bottle, and use it.  It doesn’t matter to me shampoo is shampoo.  Do you have a dog?  Do you ever wash it?  I’m sure the dog doesn’t care what brand your shampoo is either.

  2. MY ANSWER FOR THAT WOULD BE USE FOR YOUR PETS !!AFTER ALL THEY WONT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE

  3. rearrange the products in smaller packages (so it doesn't look like you've used them) and palm them off as presents...

  4. I take all of the mini sized samples and hotel health and beauty aids that I haven't used and donate them to our local homeless and domestic abuse shelters who distribute them to the people they serve.

  5. I usually live donation items or things that are useful to others at the laundry-mat's table.  With in five minutes the items are gone.
