Can you tell me what you'd do with a 1/4 mile stretch of beach in all three directions.. Would you open it to the public and take the risk of injury lawsuits, or just keep it closed..?//

  1. Keep it closed.  Aside from liability issues, keeping it private will ensure that it stays clean.  People have no qualms about fouling land that doesn't belong to them but private owners have every incentive to take care of their property.

  2. Rich people kick people off the rivers so why should you be any different

  3. KEEP IT CLOSED,save yourself litigation and make it a safe habitat for endangered seashore birds like plovers

  4. Closed, you risk, opening your whole life and family's life to great loss, by Gain seekers, Unfortunately, in this world you realize this, or shall I say learn this the hard way... share it with the people you care about and love and trust...Maybe you could rehab animals ? or have a preserve and get a grant for it, and get a tax write off!

  5. I would keep it private, besides if it was public the people might litter!

  6. u should charge $$ for ppl to come 2 it,, and @ the same time that will b fun....

    have fun!!

    ♥

  7. charge ppl for accessing it

  8. Keep it private to avoid all legal and liability issues. Keeping it private will also keep the beach clean and free of trash and will give you a nice spot to chill.

  9. Donate it to charity or sell it on e-bay and donate the money to a charity. (I don't like sand in my.......nevermind.) lol

  10. turn it into a nude beach.

    nudest are better people.

    post the beach with signs

    WARNING DANGER

    PROPERTY OWNERS

    NOT RESPONSIBLE

    FOR YOU SAFETY

    USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

even if you close the beach

you still need to post it with these signs

    just add two more lines

    KEEP OUT

    PRIVATE PROPERTY

    WARNING DANGER

    PROPERTY OWNERS

    NOT RESPONSIBLE

    FOR YOU SAFETY

    ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK

  11. PRIVATE!!!

There's plenty of public beaches already.
