What to eat after working out?-please answer-?

i just finished a 53 minutes workout ><

i put a lot of effort in it and i dont want it to go to waste by eating the wrong thing ><

so, what is the best thing to eat to restore my mussels and when is it too soon to eat and when is it too late?

  1. something low in calories. Look on the tin/box or whatever to see how much fat and calories are in whatever you want. Unsaturated fat is good, helps you lose weight. Saturated fat is bad. xx

  5. Chicken is the best thing to eat after working out if you want to replenish your muscles.  It is very rich in protein which is essential for your starving muscles.  You should try and eat as soon as you can.

  9. you should eat as soon as possible, make sure you meal contains carbs, like toast or oatmeal and protein such as eggs or peanut butter to repair you muscles. another great thing if you don&#039;t feel like eating is chocolate milk because it has a great mix of carbs and protein and is very good for you despite what people think. good luck
