  1. You don't need anything that's too good for you for just a hundred meter race. I'd get some micky D's bacon egg and cheese biscuits with a hash brown and a coffee. Make sure you eat 2 hours before the race so you don't get a tummy ache. Then, 20 minutes before your race just slam on a Dew. You'll win I can assure you. MMMMMM micky D's and DEEEWWWW!!

  2. LUCKYcharms

  3. Bread, pasta, any form of carbohydrates. On the day of your race, have a good breakfast, nothing too heavy. Make sure you don't eat two hours before you run.

  4. Pasta the night before the race will help alot... Gives you carbs which gives you energy for a longer amount of time. Dont really drink anything but water or a gatorade type drink either. Can cause cramps.

  5. triple threat power bar

  6. Lots of delicious food high in carbs Yup carbs..

  7. i kind of half-way agree with "mr knowitall" seriously you are only running 100m, to a reasonable extent it doesn't matter what you eat because in a race that short energy storage and stuff from carbs and other dietary tricks will never play a part. the only thing that you need to do, in my opinion, is not eat too soon before the race, like an hour, otherwise your stomach may not be happy, other than that do what ever and it won't make a difference, its not like you are running the mile

  8. I eat a granola bar and drink lots of water but dont drink anything right before the race because you'll get real bad cramps and youll feel realy heavy
