I am going for a 30 min jog on my lunch break at work. Today for lunch I have a small piece of grilled chicken, veggies (broccoli, cauliflour and carrots) and a quarter cup of brown rice, and a small side salad. So my question is should I eat the chicken/veggies/rice before or after my workout? What about the salad? Should I eat the bigger meal first, go for my jog, and then come back and eat my salad? Whats best? Thanks♥
