OK, so I got light headed and dizzy (after feeling like throwing up) at one of our pre-season football workouts. I hadn't eaten much prior to the workout. What is the best food(s) to eat before football practices?

  1. Oatmeal, honey and protein powder are good foods for pre-workout.


  2. Lots of carbohydrates 2 hours before. Pasta, potatoes, oatmeal, veggies, and lots of whole grain stuff.

  3. pasta... carbs will give you quick energy, and they also are easy to burn off so you wont get fat
