What to eat before high school basketball conditioning?

I have my first conditioning practice of the year and i'm pretty sure i am out of shape. i was wondering what i could eat and when to eat it so that i have enough energy but don't throw up. The practice starts at 8:20

  1. eat tortellini about 20-15 min b4 practice.

    its slow burning energy that is not to heavy in your stomach.


  2. Well usually my mother always told me not to eat things that are spicy like chips or Hot cheetos because when you run you have that burninng sensation and that firey feeling in your neck. When I had conditioning I wouldn't eat but I KNOW thats not good so I THINK serial and like a banana or zumthing that isn't too heavy.

    well eat like fruit or energy bars really just light healthy stuff that keeps you full enough but not " i just went to the buffet full"

    the here is not eating but hydration. sooo many people miss that

    you need to drink at least two or three bottles of water or gatorade before hand because that decreases your chance of being dehydrated.... you will see a difference and you will have more energy...

    just please do that more than anything.... like dont do it right befroe you wlk in the door but start drinking 8-5 hours before and then stop like an hour before you go so you can pee.
