Hey everyone, I've a napfa test coming up. A napfa test is a test which consist of sit-ups, standing broad jumps, sit&reach, pull-ups, 4x10m shuttle run and a 2.4km fast run.
The test is 2 days away and its at 7:30am in the morning.
Do you all have any idea what time I should wake up to eat and what is the best food to eat ?
