What to eat during football season?

I want to start eating healthier than I have because of football season. What to eat, and how much of it to eat? I know to stay hydrated, all the little details would help. thanks

  1. lots of carbohydrates and eat a bunch of pasta the night befor a game.

  2. Buy a  supply of Crow to eat when your team loses.

  3. in the morning have a protein shake and fruit  with a glass of water

    through out the day drink water

    lunch have something with meat in it nothing greasy or oily but like a sandwich with a lot of meat on it more fruit and a power bar with a snack

    dinner have three steaks with peanut butter on them and a gallon of chocolate milk

  4. chicken wings and beer is a must.everything else is garbage.

  5. Nights before games eat pasta bananas and gatorade.

  6. Raw meat and spiders.
