What to eat for Breakfast.?

I don't have much time for breakfast, and don't want to eat much. But if I don't eat enough, at work I get hunger noises coming from my stomach! Is there anything small to eat or anything I can do to stop this?

  1. Drink a protein shake, granola bar, cereal, fruits.. Just eat something mate.


  2. Protein is always the best to include in breakfast as it will keep your hunger at bay longer and your blood sugar from spiking and falling, which, in turn, keeps your energy level even.

    Easiest on the go/out the door breakfast for me is a hard boiled egg and a piece of toast. (make a batch of 6 or 7 for the week)

    Oat meal (the real kind that take at least 15 minutes to cook) are the best. it's good brain food and keeps you from being hungry. The instant oats don't work as well and are too high in sugars.
