What to eat for breakfest for soccer tryouts?

soccer tryouts are at 3:30 pm tomorrow what should i eat for breakfest and lunch, I dont have any pasta so i can't eat that.

    take some b-12 if you have any 15 min before you go to soccer. it will boost you energy levels like grazy
