What to eat for good abs/muscles?

ok so im 15 and vie been goign to gym since around april, and i ahvent seen a diff in my body as far as more muscles/betetr abs, and i was wondering what i could eat to help this, because i eat a lota junk food and like a bowl of icecream a day :/...also is penut butter a good thingy to eat to help this??? (protein)

  1. for better abs, try a lowfat diet but lots of protein (PEANUT BUTTER, lean meats, ya know)

    lots of situps and pushups, but not too many

    be patient, the abs will come


  2. Fish Fish Fish. Most sea food has alot of protein with little fat.

  3. good food for abs= vegetables, tuna fish, fruits

    good food for muscles =eggs, peanut butter, peanuts of all sorts, meat, dairy products

    there are more food for each category, but go along these lines for help with this


  4. non-vegiterian= meat

    vegiterian= beans

    both have protien so either 1 would b good
