What to eat in Jakarta, Indonesia?

Hi! Im travelling to Jakart and Bali next month, and I would like to get suggestions on what food I should try. Is there a particular national dish or drink which I really need to try? Im not a choosy eater, so be it in a pricey place or street corner food, Ill definetely try it! Thanks!

    - Nasi Uduk Kebon Kacang (Nah-see Ouh-duke Kuh-bond-kah-chunk), at Tanah Abang (near Sarinah Pasar Raya). Street corner food. Serving: coconut steamed rice, fried chiken (local, not colonel style). Famous in Jakarta.

    - Daeng Tata (duh-aenk Tah-tah), at Casablaca road. Serving special ribs soup from Celebes island. Dessert are also fascinating: Green Banana wrap with ice chips, etc.

    - Nasi Padang Garuda (Nah-see Puh-dunk Gah-roo-duh). At Pondok Indah Arteri. West Sumatran food restaurant. Serving all dishes from west Sumatran that famous even to the neighbouring country like: Singapore and Malaysia.
