I just recently got diagnosed with anorexia. I weigh 99 pounds, i'm 19 and im 5'2 1/2''. The doctor says I need to show improvement with weight gain within the next ten days or else she's gonna have to take drastic measures. I go to the gym every other day, and I'm restricted..she's only letting me go twice a week. I think I still may go to the gym every other day..but just lift weights & don't do cardio..because I want to gain weight back through muscle.
In addition to that, what foods should I eat to gain weight through MUSCLE only..and not fat? because i still want to be able to fit into all my new clothes :) haha thank you!
