What to eat when im pregnant?

Also i was wondering if anyone knew some healthy but nice things to eat while preg cos im living on take aways and burgers and i knowits not good for my baby im 26 weeks gone and im looking for loads of foods and recipies and advice on what to eat and its fast and easy thanks for anyone who answers me xx

  1. keep fresh haelthy foods on hand. stay away from fast food. it has too much salt and fat. if you eat healthy you will feel more energetic.


  2. You should just eat healthy

    give into your cravings, your allowed that. But dint eat so much fast food. If i were you i would go buy a healthy foods cook book. Find the things that look the most appetizing and make it. good luck

Stir fry's are quick easy and healthy.  Also, why don't you think about eating nice salads and a piece of meat with it.  that doesn't take very long.  Just be sure to make the salad fresh and not premade as it can get a bug in it called Listeria which is very dangerous for anyone but mostly pregnant ladies.  You could cook a roast as it's not much prep and you can just stick it in the oven and leave it until it's done.

  4. Congrats! I would try to stay away from all processed sugars and processed foods.  I would recommend whole foods: grains, protein (from lean meat and beans), lots of veggies and dairy.  I would highly recommend lots of spinach and kale (just steam them and then saute with olive oil and garlic- yummy and sooo healthy!).  I think that a good rule is to try to eat fruits and veggies of as many different colors as you can- that will give you the full range of vitamins, minerals and nutrients that you and your baby need.  And make sure that you are focusing on protein.
