What to expect at my first interview?

Tips tips tips, please! My interview is at Bakers (another store like ALDO) in about an hour or so, and this is my first interview ever. I want to be as confident going in, as I am coming out. What questions should I expect to be asked? THANK YOU =)!

They are going to ask you a series of questions, such as:

What made you want to apply to our company?

Why would you like to work here?

Tell me about your previous experience?

Provide examples of times where you exceeded customer expectations? Going above and beyond?

Provide an example of a time where you had to deal with an irate customer and how did you resolve the situation?

How well do you work on a team?

They should ask you about your availability/hours and how soon can you start.

They will go over the position more in depth with you.

You'll do great! Just relax, ask GOD for guidance and be yourself.
