What to expect rooming with the opposite s*x?

Question

I am a guy and I am planning to live with a girl next year. We don't really know each other and I know better not to start a relationship with her. I'm strictly gonna keep it platonic. She has a boyfriend anyways. What should I expect from this rooming situation? To be frank, I really don't want to see her boyfriend in the apartment for territorial reasons, jk. But I know it's going to be awkward.

Have any of you experienced similar situations like this?

Well it's good that you are already prepared for the awkward situations, because they are bound to happen. You will have to just keep trudging through. One thing about girls that differs from guys, especially when living with them, is that you will notice they will talk constantly about just about anything. In the long run she will probably come to you for advice and if that's not what you like to do, just let her know up front.

Don't leave the toilet seat up, that's the universal woman's pet peeve. You're going to be put in awkward situations like you might find her and her man going at it or just girls in and out all the time. Expect the usual, the pads, the make-up, the tampons and she might take up all the bathroom space. You have to share a lot and a woman's vision on how things may look can be a lot different than a man's. Also if she has guy problems she might ask you for advice which may not be what you want to talk about if you want to talk to her about anything at all.

well if you two might become friends but maby if u become friends then try to date it will be coward if you guys break up.

It is rather odd that she has a boyfriend who doesn't object to this arrangement. So whats YOUR reason for accepting this guest?

I used to have this friend that was married, and I would go stay the weekends with them. And her husband would try to do stuff with me when she was asleep. I told him that was inappropriate because he was with my friend, so I stopped going over there period.  

So if I were you, I wouldn't even put myself in a situation like that.
