What to expect when working on a cruise as a youth worker?

I'm going to be working onboard royal caribbean as a youth worker. Can anybody give me some information on what to expect as an employee onboard a ship? What should I bring with me? What are some tips when working on the ship? what are some things I should be aware of? how can i prepare myself? etc etc.... THANKS

Expect to be basically a babysitter and a camp counselor. I wouldn't do it if you paid me $100,000, but then again I'm not a big fan of little kiddos. Expect to meet a TON of people from everywhere all over the country. I'm sure you 'll have a blast

it can be anoying if your with the little kids but fun if your with older kids.
