What to expect-wisdom teeth?

I am making myself sick thinking about it. I have braces on right now, so im playing the waiting game on getting my teeth cut out. When I do i want to be put to sleep bc i know there is seriously impacted. My top has come in a little where you can see some of the tooth. When you are asleep you dont feel anything? Like you cant choke or gag or anything?haha ive nnever been put to sleep before....and what if i dont wake up? I just need advice to try to calm me down. thanks.

your orthodontist will monitor it and send you to an oral surgeon when the time is right. They just give you a little drip in the arm , then you wake up like nothing happened. you'll be really sore for a few days. they'll give you medication for that. it's no big deal you'll be ok.

I suggest being put to sleep.  You have no idea you are even going to sleep.  When you wake up it will all be over with.  I have been put to sleep 3 times for various surgerys including getting my wisdom teeth out.  It's really no big deal.  I was so scared before my surgery too, but once it was over I felt kind of silly because it wasn't scary at all.  My surgeon was telling me jokes one minute and then next minute I was waking up.  it felt like no time had passed.  You will wake up!!!  Try not to worry so much you'll be fine!
