  1. Check with the vet or pet store.  They may have supplements you can feed with an eyedropper.  Good luck.

  2. A two-week-old chimney swift should be taken to a wildlife rehabilitator as soon as possible. Handfeeding young birds requires a lot of time (they need to be fed special formula every couple of hours) and a lot of experience (handfeeding baby birds is extremely dangerous, and likely fatal for the baby bird, if not done correctly). Typically, a young chimney swift will not leave their nesting chimney until about 28-30 days old -- if the bird was outside of the chimney when your cats got to it, then the bird is already gaining independence, and if the bird can fly then he/she should be released. Either way, birds need to eat very frequently, and Chimney swifts specialize in catching hundreds of insects per day.

If thie bird is young, weak, injured, or cannot fly, please find a licensed wildlife rehabilitator near you and take the bird there as soon as possible. If the bird is able to fly, please let it go, as it is illegal to keep a wild bird captive without the proper permits, and the bird is much more likely to survive on its own.
