  1. My ped adviced 1 oz of pear juice mixed with 1 oz of water,  just a little bit helped out my soon to be 7 month old.

  2. Breast milk, and let him self-feed; don't spoon-feed him pureed baby food. Presto! No constipation issues, guaranteed.

  3. Buy a packet of prunes... boil them and then pass them through a sieve... or the Baby food strained prunes. Heinz is good... or Gerber

  4. Watered down Gerber juice.

  5. prunes, pears, plums, nectarines/peaches...any of these should do the trick.  careful with the prunes as one helping will use be plenty!

  6. prunes and fruit

  7. To loosen the stool, you can try putting 1 tsp of clear Karo syrup in the baby's bottle and that will help. Otherwise, apple juice and apple sauce are good, you might also try prune juice or prune baby food. All of these should help your little one with the constipation. Just make sure baby is also getting a lot of water. Hope this helps and good luck!

  8. A tsp of Karo syrup in  4 oz water. This is what our pediatrician told us to use and told my girls to use on their babies

  9. 1/2 water and 1/2 prune juice worked for my boy
