What to feed my yellowing daylilly plants?

In the past two years the leaves of my daylillies have been kind of pale green to yellow instead of dark green. What should I feed them to make them healthier? I tried Miracle Grow, but it doesn't seem to do much.

I use an organic fertilizer from home depot/Lowe's, it is near all the other fertilizers but its natural and not miracle grow, I could not find a link to it and can't remember what its called.  my lilies are doing very well. this product might work well also
