What to get my boss as a gift?

I have worked at this job for about 4.5 years. I got a better job so I'm leaving. My boss has been really nice and probably the best boss I'll ever had, so I wanted to get her I guess a "thank you" present. Any suggestions?.

A gift certificate at one of her favorite stores (if you don't already know then just ask her what is one of her favorite store.) and some flowers.
