Concert Tickets to his favorite band for you both.

If he likes sports and beer....Then buy him a subscription to Sports Magazine, and put a bow on a BUD can/bottle and hand him the remote!  :-) (this could be just the beginning of the evening...) Then later on, make the room into a nice Hawaiian getaway with flower peddles, massage oil, scented lit candles, dress in a s**y nighty, and the rest is up to you..may be a Kama Sutra Kit...(providing that your relationship is this intimate..forgive me for assuming if I'm wrong).

Suggest that you both go on a Carriage Ride, or go to a Ranch getaway for the weekend and go backpacking on horseback. I would love to do that!!! And one of these days I will! :-)
